As a tuition-free public charter school, PVCICS is open to all students residing in Massachusetts. We are accepting non-binding enrollment applications for students entering Kindergarten, 1st and 6th grades in the Fall of 2010. Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1st of the year of entry. Students entering 1st or 6th grade must have successfully completed the prior grade.
Interested parents or guardians are required to attend an information session prior to submitting an application. Applications are available at the information sessions.
2010 Information Session Schedule All information sessions are at 1:00 PM at 317 Russell Street (Rt. 9), Hadley, MA.
For Fall 2010 Enrollment
Applications submitted to PVCICS by March 9th, 2010 will participate in the first pre-enrollment lottery, held on March 10, 2010 at 9:00 AM at the school. The lottery establishes the order in which students will be accepted into the school. Siblings of enrolled students will be given priority over other students in the lottery ranking. Additionally, students from within PVCICS's region of service, as defined in our charter, will be given priority over students outside the region. A second lottery will be held May 10, 2010.
Applications submitted after March 9th, 2010 will participate in subsequent lotteries. Lotteries held after March 10th, 2010 will not change the status of students already offered admission to PVCICS, but may change the ranking of students on the waiting list.
Completed applications can be mailed, faxed or hand delivered to PVCICS at:
